11/16: Monday. Only a handful of ballots remain to be counted. The posted website report (image below) from Friday is still unchanged.

In a phone call this morning, I learned that there are only two "returned" ballots that are not included in the website report numbers. A few more will be added as they review provisional ballots this week, and as they continue to process any late-arriving mail-in ballots. But I think we're looking at close-to-final numbers here. The results can be certified any time after this Friday November 20, with Friday December 4 as the legal deadline for all counties to submit certified results to the Secretary of State.
